POSITION: IT SUPPORT

  1. Good understanding of ITIL in principle particularly in the Service Operation space, covering Service Desk , Incident Management, Problem Management and Knowledge Management.
  2. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  3. Configure, develop and deliver ERP software and components in all functional areas
  4. Installation and implementation of service packs and hotfixes as needed during system setup and confirming that ERP installed is operational and functional before the system is given to the user
  5. Take responsibility for delivering development tasks within agreed budgets and timelines
  6. Create new and modify existing customizations and integrations as requested by the business
  7. Assist with functional specifications of customizations and integrations required for ERP implementations
  8. Support and drive process change and communication in line with ERP best practice
  9. Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support
  10. Serve as the lead ERP technical expert in-house that liaises with the development team
  11. Take responsibility for the customized unit programming and overall system functionality
  12. Work with all stakeholders inclusive of Project Managers, Business Analyst and Consultants to understand the business/application requirements of the assigned task when changes are required or need to be implemented
  13. Creation of technical documentation for all customizations and integrations.
  1. Applicants must live in LAGOS or willing to relocate
  2. BSc/HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Electronics, or any other related field.
  3. Professional Qualification – CCNA, MTA, SSCP, C#, C++, JAVA, etc.
  4. Minimum of 3 years experience in software development, ERP implementation, or IT Support services
  5. Solid knowledge of Computer system software and hardware
  6. Expert knowledge of ERP systems and implementation
  7. Software programming hands-on is an added advantage.

POSITION: MICROBIOLOGIST/QC ANALYST

DEPARTMENT: TECHNICAL SERVICES

  1. Sampling for microanalysis and collecting samples from a variety of locations  – Raw Material, Packaging Material, Finished Goods, equipment & personnel (swabbing), and environment (exposed plates)
  2. Preparation and standardization of stock media and laboratory solutions
  3. Isolate and grow microbe cultures or other organisms in a media, controlling moisture and cross-contamination.
  4. Perform tests on water to determine the suitability of use in production and to detect the presence of harmful microorganism. 
  5. Escalate failed microanalysis results to the QC Manager and Factory Manager in a timely manner
  6. Performs routine decontamination and sanitization processes in the micro lab and manufacturing plants. 
  7. Investigate and obtain information about sources of contamination and gives recommendation on how to correct them.
  8. Recommends and helps implement high health, GMP, and safety standards in the lab and manufacturing plants.
  9. Manage and develop SOPs for the micro lab processes. 
  10. Proper documentation, recording, analyzing, and interpreting data. Ensuring that data is recorded accurately in accordance with SOPs.
  11. Consistent validation of microbiological methods to align with international standards.
  12. Performs tasks of QC Analysis from time to time such as sampling and analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods: Physiochemical analysis, Instrumental analysis, Visual analysis, Sensory analysis.
  13. Routine calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of laboratory equipment
  1. Male or Female; not more than 40 years of age
  2. A post-secondary science degree preferably in microbiology or equivalent.
  3. With minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in the laboratory of a manufacturing company and have hands-on experience in microanalysis.
  4. Experienced with aseptic processing, soap/personal care/pharmaceutical production, environmental monitoring, and/or GMP processes is preferred.
  5. Work experience in an ISO 9001:2015 certified company is an advantage.
  6. Ability to work in an environment that requires urgency, teamwork, and full attention during busy peak periods
  7. Possess good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

POSITION: R&D TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

DEPARTMENT: RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

  1.  Assist in the mixing, filling, labelling and packing  of samples for preference testing, sensory evaluation, usage testing, stability testing and market surveys.

  2. Run soap trials using the pilot machine under the supervision of the R&D Officer

  3. Label all incoming samples from vendors, record them in the corresponding logbook and file the sample documents.

  4. Organize and sort samples on the shelves in accordance with FIFO/FEFO

  5. Control the usage and monitor the stock levels of R&D consumables

  6. Assist in the requisition, sourcing and procurement of lab supply of chemicals, packaging materials, glass wares and consumables.

  7. Handle request of materials for R&D Trials from warehouse or compounding 

  8. Handles sample distributions and collection of feedback form for in-house usage testing

  9. Prepare liquid soap, antiseptic, sanitizer and lotion for office use

  10. Control and record issuance of liquid soap, antiseptic, sanitizer and lotion for office use

  11. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the R&D Laboratory and R&D Store in accordance to GLP and 5S

  1.  Male, not more than 25 years of age

  2. Minimum OND graduate (preferably Science Laboratory Technology) with at least 5 years of work experience

  3. Can do accurate math calculations and possess high level of numerical skills

  4. Computer literate (MS Word & Excel)

  5. Physically fit, can do minor lifting up to 25kgs

  6. Fast learner with good analytical and communication skills

  7. A good team player and can work under limited supervision
